Processing of Data for Testimonials and Comments

the Data Controller, Astrorei S.r.l., with registered office at: via Fratelli Cuzio, 42 - 27100 Pavia (PV), email privacy@astrorei.io, hereby wishes to provide you with information regarding the processing of personal data supplied (voluntarily) with this authorization, only if, after having used our services, you wish to release a brief written comment with the purpose of publication on our website together with your possible profile photo and your professional role in order to review and promote our activities.

The personal data supplied consisting of name, profession/company, profile photo and testimonial will be processed with electronic methods, in compliance with the current legislation referred to in European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and confidentiality, as well as with the adoption of appropriate security measures for the protection of personal data pursuant to art. 32 GDPR.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is your express consent, which is always voluntary and revocable. In the event of consent being given, in relation to the activity of review and promotion of the Data Controller's activities, the data will be used and retained until your express revocation; in any case, the personal identification data provided with this document will be retained subsequently for the purpose of legal protection and within the terms of law.

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU and will not be subject to dissemination or profiling, but may be transmitted to collaborators expressly authorized to process it, as well as to consultants and providers of professional and technical services, who may also carry out processing activities on behalf of the Data Controller (e.g. website manager), with whom, where necessary, an appropriate contract has been concluded pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.

At any time, you may exercise all rights pursuant to articles 15-22 GDPR (access to your personal data, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing or opposition to it and portability where possible). The relevant requests may be sent to the above-mentioned contacts of the Data Controller, enclosing an identity document of the requesting party for identification purposes.
