The personal data that you will be requested and that will be processed are necessary in order to be able to contact you and inform you about consulting and software development services and made available by ASTROREI. In particular, your data will be used for:

• activities related to the management of your requests, as a potential Customer, including sending to your addresses and / or contacts of informative material, economic offers and technical documentation.

3. Special categories of personal data that may be requested

You will be asked to provide personal data such as: name, surname, personal e-mail.

4. Nature of the provision

We would like to clarify that with regard to the purpose referred to in point 2.a), the provision of your personal data is mandatory in order to contact you in response to your request to receive advice about the products offered and developed by ASTROREI. Any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to evaluate your contact in order to provide adequate advice and receive information about ASTROREI products. With regard to point 2.b) of this Information, consent to the processing of data by the User is instead free and optional and always revocable without consequences on the usability of products and services. In the absence of your consent, therefore, no Advertising Material will be sent.

5. Legal basis of the Processing and request for consent

The legal basis of the processing is the free consent given by you. For the above and given the purpose and nature of the processing, we believe to request specific consent to the processing of your personal data.

The treatment will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in compliance with the security measures referred to in art. 32 of the GDPR, by persons specifically appointed, in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established in a period not exceeding 120 days, a term that we consider appropriate to be able to carry out its assessment. After the aforementioned 120 days your data will be deleted, if you want to contact again for information on a new service and / or product among those developed by ASTROREI or to receive information on products and / services similar to those already provided, you must therefore provide your data again.

7. Transfer and dissemination of Personal Data

The data collected will not be disseminated outside the organization or transferred to a third Country or to an international organization and, without its explicit consent obtained from time to time.

8. Rights of the interested party

At any time, pursuant to Articles. from 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you may exercise the right to:
