In a context based on disintermediation, Sailsquare faced a growing challenge: the need to prevent platform users (Travelers and Providers) from sharing their contacts to get in touch directly and bypass the commission system. This dynamic could have impacted revenue and compromised the integrity and reliability of the entire platform.

Solution
Scalable Architecture
We developed together with Sailsquare a custom AI system, designed to intervene intelligently and invisibly in the flow of communications.
The solution combines:
- Advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to understand the context of conversations
- Supervised machine learning algorithms, trained on custom datasets to recognize patterns of attempts to share sensitive data
The system operates on several levels:
- It analyzes messages between providers and users in real time, identifying suspicious patterns or typical contact formats (phone numbers, email addresses, social profile links)
- It proactively blocks messages that attempt to bypass the rules, preventing them from reaching the recipient
- It is designed to maintain high effectiveness even in the presence of creative attempts to circumvent the constraints, thanks to the precision of the models used
This architecture allowed us to create an effective barrier, without altering the natural flow of interactions on the platform. The result is a discreet, precise, and scalable system, able to adapt to changes in user behavior.
