The personal data that will be requested and will be processed are fundamental in order to correctly carry out the evaluation of your job profile and to be able to submit (or not submit) a job offer to you. In particular, your data will be used for:

  • a first evaluation with respect to open job positions and your participation in any recruiting activities and job interviews
  • the purpose of informing you about any open job positions that we believe might be of interest to you.
  1. Special categories of personal data that may be requested

You will be asked to provide personal data such as name, surname, age, gender, residence, personal e-mail, telephone number, other addresses and / or contact methods, studies and professional experience. Moreover, you will be asked to send or upload your resume. Pursuant to art. 9 and 10 GDPR, we warn you that by uploading the resume you may provide data that can be qualified as "special categories of personal data", also called sensitive data (i.e. those data that reveal "racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning the health or sex life or sexual orientation"). Such sensitive data may be processed only with your prior and specific consent.

  1. Nature of data provision

We would like to clarify that the provision of your personal data is mandatory in order to evaluate your profile. Any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to evaluate your profile in order to establish a working relationship with you, therefore, failure to provide it will make it impossible for you to be included in our staff. Unlike the above, the provision of any sensitive data is not mandatory for the purpose of the processing, therefore, we invite you to remove them from your resume or to give your consent to their treatment.

  1. Legal basis of the Processing and request for consent

The legal basis of the processing is the free consent given by you. For the above and given the purpose and nature of the data processing, we need to request specific consent to the processing of your personal data.
In this sense, after reading this information you may or may not consent to the treatment proposed in a specific section. We remind you that giving or not giving consent to the processing of your personal data (non-sensitive) may affect the possibility of ASTROREI being able to evaluate your profile as better indicated in the previous paragraph.

  1. Processing methods and retention period

The treatment will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in compliance with the security measures referred to in art. 32 of the GDPR, by persons specifically appointed, in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established in a period not exceeding 120 days, a term that we deem appropriate to be able to carry out an assessment After the 120 days mentioned above, your data will be deleted, if you want to apply again for a position within our staff, you will therefore have to provide your data again

The data collected will not be disclosed and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for communications necessary for the evaluation of the candidate (for example to personnel selection professionals who collaborate with Astrorei), for any administrative practices in case of recruitment and for the fulfillment of legal obligations, which may involve the transfer of data to public bodies and / or companies of a private nature.

At any time, pursuant to Articles from 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you may exercise the right to:

  • request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data;
  • obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
  • obtain the correction and data deletion;
  • obtain the limitation of processing;
  • obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from ASTROREI, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
